We’re so glad you found us, and we can’t express how grateful we are to be part of your hair journey! Our goal is to make you feel as happy and relaxed as possible during your visit.

Here are a few quick reminders to help make scheduling your appointment a breeze.

PRE-VISIT

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your appointment is booked. We’ll also send you an email reminder 4 days before your visit and a text reminder 2 days before.

Running late / Canceling / Rescheduling

Please don’t be late! If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, if you are 15 or more minutes late your stylist may not be able to provide the service and the cancellation policy will apply. If you are sick please call us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given we’ll require a credit card be on file to book any future appointments. In the event of a second missed appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the service missed.

New Client Booking

Our team has a variety of stylists that specialize in color correction, single process color, toners, highlights, balayage, foliage, keratin smoothing treatments, perms, extensions and more. Hair comes in a variety of textures, porosities, lengths and densities. Considering this, we require new client consultations for all color, texture, and extension services prior to booking so that we can learn about your goals and discuss your budget. Consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes so please do not be late. If you feel you need more than the traditional 15 minute consultation please give us a call.

It’s the big day—we’re so excited to see you!

Whether you’re visiting for a big transformation or your “usual,” we’re honored to be part of your hair journey. We’ve thought of everything to make your visit smooth and stress-free—from parking tips to check-in, snacks, and what to expect after your service. Let’s make this experience all about you.

 
  • We offer up to two hours of complimentary parking in the parking garage adjacent to our salon, and you’re able to pay for any additional time as needed.

    Metered parking is also available on 4th Street, Cherry Street, and Walnut Street.

    Additional paid parking lots are located a block east, between Walnut St and Lookout St, and a block west, between Cherry St and Market St.

  • When you arrive, check in at the front desk with a staff member or use our self check-in tablet—then sit back, relax, and get ready to be pampered.

  • We offer tea, sodas, local coffee, snack bars and more! Feel free to help yourself or to ask for assistance.

  • This is your time so enjoy it however you’d like. Feel free to bring a laptop, a book, or enjoy a nice chat with us

    Do you feel like you need to fully decompress? You can request a silent appointment and after we’ve discussed your hair goals, you’re welcome to close your eyes and relax in peace.

  • After your appointment, your stylist will offer personalized product recommendations and help you schedule your next visit. Be sure to ask about home care and maintenance tips tailored to your hair.
