Preparing for your first visit with us

We are so glad you found us and we can not express how grateful we are to be part of your hair journey! We want to make you as happy and as relaxed as possible during your visit. Here are a few reminders to help make scheduling your appointment a breeze.

Pre-Visit Reminders

You will receive a text or e-mail confirmation when your appointment is booked. You will receive a reminder for your upcoming visit 48 hours before your appointment.

Running late / Canceling / Rescheduling

Please don’t be late! If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, if you are 15 or more minutes late your stylist may not be able to provide the service and the cancellation policy will apply. If you are sick please call us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given we will require a credit card number for all future appointments. In the event of a second missed appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the service missed.

New Client Booking

Our team has a variety of stylists that specialize in color correction, single process color, toners, highlights, balayage, foliage, and more. Hair comes in a variety of textures, porosities, lengths and densities. Considering this, we require new client consultations for all chemical and extension services prior to booking so that we can learn about your goals and discuss your budget. Consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes so please do not be late. If you feel you need more than the traditional 15 minute consultation please give us a call.

If you have any questions at all never hesitate to ask! You can call us at 423-760-8339, e-mail us, or even message us on social media. Our hours for communication are typically Monday – Friday 9:30-5:30.

Day Of Your Appointment

Parking

Parking is available in the parking garage above our salon and we validate for up to 45 minutes. There is also metered parking in the front on Chestnut St and in the back on Pine St, and a paid lot in the back. Meters run until 6:00 PM Mon-Sat. We keep change for the meter anytime you need it.

Check-In

When you arrive check-in at our front desk and then get ready to be pampered and relax.

Beverages and Snacks

We offer tea, sodas, local coffee, snack bars and more! Feel free to help yourself or to ask for assistance. 

Your Appointment

It is your service so you can enjoy it in whatever way you would like. Bring a laptop, book, or we can spend time chatting. Do you feel like you need to fully decompress? You can request a silent appointment and once you’ve discussed your hair goals for that day you can just close your eyes and relax. 

Checkout

After your appointment you’ll get help with any product recommendations specific to your hair needs and be offered to schedule your next appointment. Ask your stylist about home care and maintenance recommendations. Think of a question later on? Don’t hesitate to reach out.
