Cancellation Policy and Things to Know

 

Here are a few things to keep in mind when you’re visiting. Thank you for reading!

Parking:

We have metered parking on the front, back, and 8th St. side of the building. Meters run until 6:00 Mon-Sat. We keep change for the meter anytime you need it. We also have a parking garage above us and we validate for up to 45 minutes of free parking.

Appointments:

We’re so glad you found us! We want to make you as happy and as relaxed as possible during your visit. Here are a few reminders to help scheduling your next appointment a breeze.

Please Don’t Be Late:

On the day of your appointment please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment with a stylist we may not be able to provide the service and the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations:

We do require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are sick please call us as soon as possible before your appointment to reschedule! If 24-hours notice is not given we will require a credit card number for all future appointments. In the event of a second missed appointment you will be charged for the full amount of the service missed.

Consultations:

We offer consultations for all services just call to book yours today.

Method of Payment:

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash and checks are our favorites.

If for any reason you are not happy with the hair product you purchased from us we will gladly exchange it for another product within 30 days of purchase. As long as it is in original packaging, and no more than 1/4 of the product has been used.
